We are following the brahminical principle of offering our courses without charge and accepting donations. If you take the course, benefit from it, and are able to help, we appreciate your support. Donations enable us create more courses to help you in your spiritual life. Our goal is to provide education in all aspects of Krishna consciousness for adults and children at all levels of spiritual development.
In 2004 I let go of a long held resentment. It was only by doing so that I realized how much this resentment had been hurting me both materially and spiritually. I wanted to do something to help other devotees dealing with resentment and so I developed a forgiveness workshop called which I have facilitated over 30 times around the world.
The Forgiveness Intensive is a hands-on workshop in which you work through your own resentment using a 23-step forgiveness process I developed. (You learn the forgiveness processes by applying the steps to your own issue.) You will learn to use these processes for other resentment issues you have or that may come up in the future. Plus, you can use these processes to help others with their resentment.
This course is designed for those with deep resentments, those who have tried to forgive but still hold on to resentment, and for those who wish to learn the forgiveness process in order to help others.
You will learn to:
- View forgiveness in a way that makes it easier to forgive than you might imagine.
- Become aware of, and get in touch with, the subtle and often unknown causes of resentment, upset and criticism.
- See how, where and why an unforgiving heart negatively impacts all areas of life
- Become empowered to take responsibility for your reaction to the situation.
- Understand what life lessons hurt is meant to teach.
- Understand the connection between forgiving and becoming Krsna conscious.
- Transform your attitude in a way that allows you to positively deal with negative people and situations.
- Develop greater empathy and compassion toward those who hurt you.
- Gain tools and attitudes that will help you for the rest of your life
The forgiveness processes help you see your story in a new way, a way that causes a shift in your attitude and thus a shift in your response to the situation. You then leave the seminar with a liberating and empowering story of forgiveness, rather than a disempowering story of hurt and blame.

Mahatma Prabhu was born in Los Angeles, California in 1950. In 1969, at the age of 19, he first met Srila Prabhupada through The Bhagavad Gita As It Is, and then later that year met Srila Prabhupada personally in Los Angeles.
